Very good and I would certainly stay again
Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was big and with a tub! There were ample space to put my own products in the shower and near the wash basin.

What was the highlight of Voringfoss Hotel
Good hotel and good location - but go when there are no cruise ships
Breakfast was excellent. The actual location was great too. We asked and paid for a room with a view of the fjord. We had a lovely view over the fjord and hotel room was very comfortable and spacious.
The hotel faces the fjord but it also faces the docking area for cruise ships. We stayed there for 3 nights and both mornings were marred by a cruise ship being moored in front of the hotel. The view of the fjord disappeared and we found we had a 12 story cruise ship staring into our room. The first one left the following evening only to be replaced by another cruise ship the next morning. This is not what we paid for. We were not warned about the likelihood of cruise ships docking so close to the hotel.

If only there was no cruise ship obstructing the gorgeous view
The hotel is very close to the centre and offers a great continental breakfast.
Unfortunately the view from the breakfast hall, which could have been on a gorgeous fjord, was completely obstructed by a huge Cruise ship, which Is a daily occurrence at least in july, with ships staying from 8am to 5 pm.

Wonderful
Room was spacious, location great just by the fjord. Peaceful and quiet location. Breakfast very good - wide choice of breakfast food. Free parking right by the hotel. Clean, comfy beads and room was for 4 persons was very spacious.
building by itself a bit old fashioned. And since its not newly built or renovated room was bit worn out.
